does anyone know  if its possible to hire one as i dont wanna buy one and will only use it to buff up the wings and doors or does anyone ave one in west sussex i can borrow with some money there way? i have been shown buy a guy at work how to use one so want to get my flat wings are doors shiney again!?

your better off paying for someone to do it, you'll be lucky to find a detailer who will lend you a rotory i would never lend my gear out,costs too much to replace and id be foooked without it.

look in the stickys for a detailer near you and give them a buzz or drop them an email. i would offer my services but im not running my company atm as im looking after my wife full time.

well just which speed is best it has 6 speeds ive got some light cutting compond that does good job... but how long should i keep polishing a area for as i dont wanna damage me paint!

im based near east grinstead,

if you've not alot of experience with a rotory id suggest keeping it on a low setting and use very light pressure, high speed and lots of pressure could result in burning the paint

are you trying to acheive a complete scratch and swirl free result or just a cleaner shiney look?
