Hey all, sorry if this is the wrong forum.

im looking into buying a VW GTI Mark 4 so im searching the forums for all the advice i can get.

i have around 6k to spend on the car itself so my questions are which gti do i go for?

the 1.8 turbo or the 1.9 diesel - pros and cons of each?

also i maybe modifiying it in the future aswell
