Seems a bit of a no-brainer to me.

I got it thrown in the to the deal I did on our mk6.

Only a £250 option, or £250 off if you look at it like that.

Yes, and I'm making sure I get time/distance rather thanlong life schedule to maximize my service visits!

Can you purchase an extension to this/buy it separately for a used car as I believe you can with MINIs?

I am going to opt for this, it seems like a reasonable deal to me! definately the 1yr or 10k miles sort of package.

SM82 - i think it is only on new cars, which would make sense on VW perspective, as i presume the car would be easier to service, less probs.

It's a no brainer - go for it.
