FTAO Wazzer
« on: 08 December 2009, 23:19 »
Hello Wazzer if you read this.

The boys at R-Tech told me there was a fellow member on Island!

Just wondering, do you get all your bits sprayed down here, and if so where abouts?

Do you do all fitting yourself or is there someone down here you trust with your car?

Car is looking good too, just been through your project thread

Hello mate, nice to hear from another islander

Everything you see on the bar bar the clutch I've fitted myself (and I have the scars to prove it lol)

I had the clutch fitted down at Fishbourne Garage as it's my mates, he's a very good mechanic and the only one I've trusted with the last few cars I've had

I also have a mate who is setting up his own spray shop, he didn't do the bits on my car now but he resprayed my Escort a few years ago and it was absolutely spot on

You had yours remapped as well then? Can't fault R-Tech, the Golf is 100% better with their map

Thanks for the comments, not much more to do on it now

chuck some pics up of yours and I'll know what car to look out for
