We all love our turbocharged GTI's too much to swap for a lardy old gaspy drunk.

Ok, to continue this most random of analogies...

What's more fun...? A prim and proper, refined, wine-quaffing lady or a blue-WKD totting slag? Amen.

The GTD is like a blow up doll. The GTI is like a proper woman. Sure the doll might last longer, and the woman might have higher running costs, but which would you rather have?

Hi Guys,

I currently own an 06 plate R32 DSG. I am looking at changing for a GTI, so hopefully frequenting the forum as soon as!

Oh and if anyone fancies a swap for an R32 give me a shout!

T.

Just wondering, did you you have an M3 before the r32 ????, Is that you terry ???

Yes mate, certainly is!! Seen on Cutters you have moved to the GTI, how is it??

Still on the look out if anyone is after an R32!

Yea like it alot, ive had a few gtis in the past, its sort of "MY CAR" if you know what i mean. As good as the M3 is the golf is cheaper to run more practical and its certainly going to be alot cheaper to get it the way i want it, i think about 3.3k will finish the job on the gti, where it was looking more like 8k on the m3
