Sounds like you should do a write up for the how to section matey  . I assume it worked out a lot cheaper than buying an actual W8 light?

Yea, put a how-to up.

Is there any soldering involved for those tiny LEDs, if so count me out.

Looks nice tho.

It should of worked out costing me £1.89 as thats how much I paid for 5 led's even though I only used 2. But As I broke the light removing it I had to get a new one (from wazzzer).

I should of taken more photo's really to do a proper how to. I soldered the joints but its not neccesary really. The led's I got came prewired, There is 3 wires going to your interior light, the brown one is earth so you need to connect the black wire from the led to this, then run a wire from your headlight switch to the red wire on the led - job done. I'll take my headlight switch out over the weekend to get apic of which wire it connects to as theres loads.

If you have a look at the link to the led's you can see they have a sort of collar so if you push them through the 3mm hole that you drill from the back then use a bit of super glue they should stay put.

I have another light now, (thanks wazzzer ) So I might do it different the next time by putting the leds in the smoked lens so you can't tell there there until there on.

heres the pic of the headlight switch to show which wire to connect to

Was it much of a job running the live feed wire to the headlight switch from the interior lamp? Where did you run it to, through the headlining.  :undecided:
