fook me, best laugh i had since i  crushed my nutz in a vice

Look its all quite clear to me and written in "legaleeze".

I may not have put it correctly in legaleeze terms but use of rear foglights at night are basically illegal as they do dazzle!

what the f**k is Basically illegal  - either they are or they are no -  Simples

followed up by

Their use in ONLY permitted in "seriously reduced visibility"!

If you people cant understand plain English thats not my fault!

Not only do rear foglights dazzle at night no matter how close you are they also mask the indicators and brake lights!
You can all nit pick and argue with me all day and night but the LAW is quite clear!

Like I said its subjective! It depends on the conditions.

As a general rule the prohibition is covered by the wording in the dazzle line. So unless it is seriously reduced visibility then NO you cannot use rear fog lights at night.
As stated before fog/rain/spray/smoke can vary as you drive along so the line that includes seriously reduced visibility can be subjective and open to interpretation by the Traffic Officer on the scene. And he can choose to use those regulations in what way he sees fit!

So please continue to ridicule and pour scorn on what I said in my book its illegal to use rear fog lights at night!

Front foglights are equally illegal.

How on Earth you managed to discuss use of fog lights on 6 pages?

The use of them is plain and simple.

You can use the fog lights, WHENEVER it's foggy or VERY BAD visibility, without the matter if it's day time or night. If you can't see sh!t because of the weather conditions, you can legally use them. End of story.

What the LAW says is that, obviously, using them when the visibility is clear, is illegal. That's it.

Jeeeeeez, I feel myself a geek here.
