Only the Dynaudio bit was free I paid for the radio upgrade £340 yes up your Arnold...am I allowed to say that ?

When I got my car I had to pick a registration number from the ones the dealer had, even tho they knew I had my private plate to go on, so I had to have the new reg for 2 weeks before they got round to doing the paperwork for my own plate.  They really are a bunch of numpties and then have the cheek to ask you to give them a good rating when the VW rep phones up.  They're beyond me!!!!
Anyway whatever enjoy the dynaudio - give it a good ramping up you will be blown away!!

Thanks for all the help guys I would never have looked under the seat. Never had a amp before this sounds good when ramped up blasting out greenday  .

I ended up putting my number on retention and then transferring it to the new car. £25 more but at least I was in control and knew when I transferred it, it would take place that day. Saves a lot of hassle.

as you have the logos on the speaker covers I would say you have it.
To be sure you should have an amp underneath the passenger seat.

Arnold is paying the £120 for the retention which is the only bonus, its all the phone calls to chase things up that are hacking me off now, I also need to post all the stuff to them to get it sorted

If you look under the passenger seat there is a plastic case which protects the amp, push the seat as far back as it will go and you can then see it.

Just looked i can see the plastic cover and leads,i did`nt know that was there
