never knew Octavia was hatchback!  :embarassed:

I still say a Passat is best for Jay. Why does it have to be a hatch? Passat seats fold down.

And for 3k you could get a 2300 B5.5, Billy paid less than that for his.

JUst bought a octavia estate TDI 2003, 174k for £600 (did need a clutch though)  2.5k for a bora with that mileage seems way to steep

Focus C-Max 2.0DCTIDCTITDCI²   makes a strong contestant...  :lipsrsealed:

I want to keep VAG (MK4 based) but the C-Max makes sense on so many levels...  :undecided:

I'll keep looking for derv 130PD's (Octavia, MK4 Wagons etc...)

Yeah  :lipsrsealed: Admittedly the older (2003/2004) Focus C-MAX and not the new (only) C-MAX.
ALOT of car for the money and 9.6s 0-62 with the 2.0TDI  :cool: So not slow either.
