There was also an increase of 17BHP - unless i'm getting that bit wrong nick?

On the 2nd run it made 18bhp extra, but the 1st and 3rd runs where both 17bhp so we gave you the average number not the peak..

How does it sound and feel now?  Chris said it made you grin..yet again.

 I had a cherry bomb fitted to my MG Montego turbo with scafold pipe as a straight centre pipe.. They where the days.

Both! We did a scaffold pipe on a mini years ago tho    :embarassed:

I friend of mine had an MG Maestro used to go really well back in the days 

I remember when I was 12years old my brother had a Fiat Regatta Twin cam which had a scafold pipe from the downpipe all the way to the back of the car, it was that loud we could hear it in the next village 3 miles away.
 A drink driver hit the car with all 3 of my brothers in it, total write off and 3 of my brothers luck to all be here today. The funny part was when the car was back at my Dad garage, and non of the wheels touched the floor and the only straight part on the car was the scafold pipes which was un touched.

u did a crackin job fittign my full cat back on however  is the slight horizontal movement in the tailpipe end normal? as where the cutout is i always move the exhaust so it sits perfectly central to the gap but then after a run it slides back again off center, i remember topher put somethign in to stop it sliding?

Two options:
1 New rear hanger which is tighter and will reduce the slide on the reas mount
2 Use 2x jubilee clips butted up on each side of the rear rubber.

Chris would have used 2x zip ties to as a temp fix.

I have the Oettinger on my car as it came with my car which is an import from Germany.
Anyone know how good or bad they are?
It sounds sweet to me and I havnt had any problems with it so far.
