IMO Milltek FTW!

Over the past 16 years I have fitted 1000s for exhausts from every supplier out there, oem, patern and performance systems.  And I can honestly say that Milltek have hit the nail on the head, quality material, good bends, sleave joint which fit perfect and dont need any sealing paste, good fitting not had one yet with a bad bend.  They are a pleasure to fit!   There back up and support are very good, Then the LIFE time warranty tops it off.

They are not as loud as some makes, but I come from a tuning back ground and know noise dont = any extra power, just ditry looks from OAPs. :rolleyes:

Yesterday we did a full 1.8T Turbo back install on behalf of Milltek for a car magazine, at the same time had a photo shoot while installing the system and carrying out back to back rolling road runs. Using Our spec1 AUM remap back to back dyno runs and with a Milltek res turbo back made an extra 21lbft.

Really cant fault my Milltek TBH been on couple of years and never had any trouble still love it to bits :evil:

well jake when i rang awesome and psi tuning a couple of months ago to ask who they reccomend out of milltek & blueflame they told me milltek was the bee's knees and fitted like a glove! just couldnt be arsed to wait 3 weeks for them to get one in! so went R-Tech and had my anni milltek fitted, but it has started to rattle plus i swear the tail-pipe sticks out more than it used too! :huh:

It is worth noting that stainless steel gets hotter quicker than mild steel and also expands noticeably when hot.The expansion of the metal also means that an exhaust that sits straight and neat when cold does not continue to do so when hot  :wink:

Both! We did a scaffold pipe on a mini years ago tho  :grin:  :embarassed:

I friend of mine had an MG Maestro used to go really well back in the days  :wink:
