Anybody know where i may get a repro golf limited blue grille? Drawn a blank on the search!

Make one. You'd need to get a single lamp grill, replace the red stripe with a a blue one, which you can either get from ebay or from your local motofactor. Then purchase an after market vw motorsport badge sold from various places.

However, there is a caveat, that unless you are packing more door, s/c'd, 16v, 4x4 power it'll be a bit naff, imho.

Putting a Limited grill on a non Limited Golf'd be like putting M-tech badges on a 316 BMW, everyone knows it's not what it's badged to be. Better off going for your own style. Just my 2p mind you.

Course you could always justify it by nailing a supercharged 16v in the 'bay and worry about 4x4 later....

The limited grill pretty much sucks anyway imo, only because its attached to a desirable Golf, gives it any visual value.... bit like sticking a Cosworth Escort rear wing on a base model
