hi,
I see that brakes are hot topic at the mo, so heres another question:
i have 256 brakes of a 16v passat, have the callipers, disks, hubs,carriers, etc
Will they fit? what bearings will i need to use?

I have these too - going to put em on the mk2 correction I'm going to get someone to put them on the mk2 for me so I'll let you know how it goes coz I'm thick and don't know

Have no idea, but the guru on brakes systems is C&R Enterprises Steve. Give them a bell and ask about 256 upgrade braking and ask them about the Passat set-up. (Note Steve the guru isn't there at the moment won't be back until Monday - I speak to this lot as least once a week..
)
Ordered my 256 brakes upgrade kit today.....

Yeah it's from C&R, but price is discounted and I can't say as I'm buying alot from them at the moment. There upgrade kit is more expensive than TSR's.
