how do i remove the central grill in the front bumper??... iv pulled and pulled at it its juts wont pop out..

I believe it's held on with screws?  Either that or it does pop out with some fiddling.

In the middle there are two plastic clips holding it on. Remove them using a flat head then pop it off.

theres also a gap where the badge is and there's a clip in there you have to push. after popping it out the top 2 and the 2 at the bottom either side

i dont mean that grill mate.. i mean the one on the bumper at the bottom ..the standard black grill

If you put your fingers into the gap between the top slats and feel towards the outer edges you will feel two clips that need pulling slightly down and then the grille willpull out towards you

yus and if you are crouched down when you do it and pull it hard enough you'll end up on your back

thats what happend to me when i removed the two small grilles on the side
