Milltek ?

Thinking about getting a Milltek when i get my car Revo'd but not sure on the size of the silencer box ? looks like it will hang out from under the rear valance a lot more than standard box, anybody got a milltek on theres?

me no like the size of the box even from that angle too big, are there any different difuser's on the market yet ?

Neil, I have seen some pics of some squarish tails which looked quite good, seemed to fit in with the defuser a little better. Will see if I can find any pics.


Or maybe you just need to change the rear to match the Golf R

I have also seen them squashed ovals somewhere but cant think were ? i was also thinking about the R rear aswell but wont be available yet ?

I vote Golf R rear. That way you have the GTI front which looks better than the R's imo... the best of both

Be a while before them sort of parts will be available thou won't it ? aftermarket ones or oem be well into next year ?

Yes I would have thought early next year if you were being hopeful... should only require the rear deffuser though I would have thought??

I would imagine they have to make them available as soon as the Golf R hits the road... or even before that happens.
