Another cool function that darren enabled was the auto rain function.... great if you leave the windows open and it starts to rain, as it automatically closes them for you 

Oh, I thought that was enabled as standard... obviously not. Wonder why?

No probs Gilly, Ill need to get round and fit that mic properly for you though so when you have an hour spare ill pop round...By the way are all the functions in the fiscon working okay now?

I will give them a thorough testing later, havent had much of a chance as yet... but at my last inspection yes they all seem to come up on the MFD correctly. Makes a huge difference to not have to look across to the screen as opposed to the MFD.

Vagcom was also used to enable the auto opening of all doors from one click of the key fob (used to annoy the hell out of me).

I might be wrong being a VW noob, but I'm sure I did this on mine with a straight forward setting on the convenience menu.

i thought i had done it via the highline too... however it never seemed to open them all inc boot. It now just takes one click when opening, or just opening the drivers door after driving.
