Well VW customer survey is suppose to cost them a fortune in money if they get a bad one according to EVO on here and also my friendly helpful local dealer. I just hope i get a phone call but i think its too late for them to call now or maybe there waiting till my case with VWcs is over  :undecided: or maybe they knew i woud not get the call.

Don't let them off the hook.
I think there is a certain time span for complaints to be resolved. Anyway, you waited 7 months for your car, so what's their hurry?
You have been too nice and patient with them from what I have read and seen.

I think we should move this to the old august thread as we are way off topic.
I have not let them get away as a complaint went into VWcs about them back in December. The case is still ongoing and open. The dealer principal has a copy of said complaint including a copy of all emails between me and dealer. It was sent to them by VWcs and not a peep from the dealer, not even a sorry. This i stressed in my last letter to VWcs about them not even saying sorry.

There is a huge amount i have not said that has happened or gone on in the backround that i have not posted on the forum.

I have noticed that the 18s over the 17s for some odd reason seem to make a difference to the ride quality on the mk6 were as i did not seem to really notice much if any difference on the mk5. I think the mk6 must be quite abit different suspension ratios to the mk5.

I noticed a lot of change in comfort between the V and VI (V being better) but hey I drove a Porsche Boxter around the block a few times it made me sick and the noise was unbearable...so in that respect I find the driving quality of the MK VI (for a "sportscar" ) amazing...
