The title of this post is Golf R Review.

It is not open for an attack on whether it should be GTI only, let's face it VW make loads of cars and it's interesting to hear what peeps have done on their particular vehicle and whether that would benefit our GTI or TDI or GTD or even Audi and Seat all part of the big VW family.

If someone has a decent point to make let's hear it surely it doesn't matter if it's not GTI relevant.

Sadly this thread was mis-titled, not a Golf R Review in sight... best to lock and leave until a proper review comes out.

Mk6 Golf GTI 5dr, DBP, Monza Shadow, Xenons, ACC, RCD510, Park Assist, Camera, Lux pack.... and now bluetooth.... and now DSG!

If the scirocco R is anything to go by the Golf R will be too harsh and crude.
The Sunday Times has just awarded the Sciroccco R 3 stars.
It gives the 197bhp version 5 stars.

You owners of Mk6 GTI's might just have a better car than the Golf R.
Rather like Mk5 GTI owners have a better car than the R32.
