Ordered 28/10/2009. BW07 confirmed. production complete 10/02/2010. Arrived at dealers 17/02/2010. Driving on a 10 plate 01/03/2010.

I was a bit disappointed when he said it was week 7 and wasn't confirmed, as long as it remains BW07 i'll be happy, fingers crossed

I ordered December 22nd and have an unconfirmed build week of 9.

added a few on - my dealer just called to inform me with my change from 3-5 dr they've had a nightmare keeping my build slot
They faxed off the amended order with my comission no. only to be told they could not change the order! they were told the only way would be to cancel the order and re order
which would have lost me my BW12 (probably be B40 if that happened) anyway they contacted the head of VW in the UK who said " leave it with me".........
........ final result- altered order with BW12  :laugh:

Question. When do the dealers confirm the build week ?
My dealer told me that i had an unconfirmed build week of 9 so when will VW tell him ?

my dealer confirmed to me that i have BW12 but i don't think it's ever 100% confirmed till 2 weeks before .....i think?

Mine said my week 10 was confirmed, but I'm alway dubious about what they say!
