I worked for bentley motors part of vw group , took early retirement    so get discount on vw 's audi's seats  skoda's anything up to 15% , but only 10% on gti because of the waiting list

Just had a call from the dealer, BW 09 and a promise of late March delivery.

Thats good news, you orderded 18 days after me, so we could both see our cars in March as promised originally by dealers.

We will have to wait and see. It would be useful if we actually knew a correct date, as we need to sell our current mk5 first!

Ordered a good bit after me too.... i haven't heard a thing from my dealer since i parted with my deposit....

fingers crossed it turns up for March that would be good.

I am planning to speak to my dealer, working over the weekend an bank holiday on Monday in Scotland, so will be at least next week now.

Gentlemen (and ladies if any are reading this)...

I`m very pleased to say that I have JUST gotten off the fone to VW and they have  advised me that my build week 4 has been confirmed and is now locked for production !!!!

How happy do you think I am???

hi have been on the fone with cust services and the build week ive been alocated is week 7 not comfirmed yet tho fingers crosed

Just spoke to the dealer, currently showing scheduled bw 7 not confirmed. So looks like it wont be ready for 01/03/2010 as hoped, though who knows 

Fungers crossed it doesn't jump further back. It will be a slow couple of weeks until it's confirmed
