i've not even spoke to the dealers since i parted with my deposit on the 28th October..... maybes i should give them a call, but from what i can gather from everyone elses wait, why bother???

Been really busy, one thing and another with christmas, and this bad weather. I'm not going to phone them, would rather pop up to see them and see whats happening. It's not too far, just been a bit awkward to get up there, i'll keep you posted......

I spoke to mine a few weeks back about the delays as listed on here.

They mentioned that it was currently looking like a couple of weeks later than the start of March at the moment, and it did not have a build week. However they seem to think that the backlog will be cleared and my build week will be around the same time, end of Feb, for March delivery as stated.

We will wait and see.

One of the other dealers i went to whilst looking also said that in the new year production would pick up. He's also the one who mentioned the price rise thats coming in January as he said VW always raise their prices in January.
