light buzzer

im breaking a mk3 and wana take the light buzzer out and fit to my mk2 does anyone no how to find in the mk3 and fit to the mk2.cheers

It's hardly much effort to just wire in a plain 'ole piezo buzzer - connect the +ve to the blue/white dash wires from the cig lighter/stereo etc. and the -ve to the drivers door switch.

But for the purest engine experience, displacement has no replacement. All other methods are simply attempts to artificially recreate the benefits of displacement.

Is that why MK3's are so slow?

Its not that they're slow - its just that most seafaring vessels don't really move well on dry land :grin:

if its a 90spec MK2 the buzzer will fit the fusebox but you have to add 3 wires to the fusebox to make it work, key in ign live and a feed from both door switches
