16v oil problem

16v GTi on a P plate.

Its been stood for 7 months as a none runner - i got it running(immobiliser fault) took it for a blast and there is oil in the air filter housing(quite a lot) and its dripping out the intake behind the horn(under front splitter). I cleaned it all out but i was just wondering is this a sign of engine being knackered or something??? Or is it nothing to worry about.

Could be a blocked breather.

It appears to have come through the valve at the top that leads to the air pipe from where the engine says"D O H C". If that makes sense.
