VW Golf MK2 Angel Eye Headlights

Anyone fitted these? They look great on BMW's and can imagine them being a great subtle mod for a MK2, but have not seen on in the flesh to really decide.

Is this a reasonable price for these or can you get them else where?

And are they ok to pass the MOT?

I was going to buy some when I bought my Crystals.  Ordered them from uhm where was it now, Volksbits, yeah thats it. 

Spoke to the Guy on the phone and asked about Halo/Angel Eyes, he mentioned that the insides of the lamp, the segmented circle that lights up, sometimes cracks off and your left with a gap which looks pants when lit up!

In the end I went for crystal lamps.  Safer option.  If the lamps are E marked then yes they are UK legal thus will pass an MOT.  Volksbits as said above also sell the eyes!

I do agree with you though, they'd look absolutely stunning on a MKII.

Sorry was wrong, i ordered my headlights from Dubmeister, the angel eyes were on volksbits!  Got confused!
