Hi,
I've done it on my 2.3 Coupe (7A engine) but it was a while ago, when I first got the car. I do remember that it took the best part of a day to do. You have to get the hydraulic pump out of the way and one of the nuts you need to undo is a right swine as I remember, but you don't need to disconnect it hydraulicly. I don't recall having to remove the aux radiator or the front valance, I think I just struggled instead.
The crankshaft bolt was also a swine, I have an old 600lb/ft torque wrench with a 4ft handle and still struggled. In fact I think I ended up having to turn the engine over on the starter whilst allowing the knuckle bar with socket to impact on the concrete floor.....MAKE SURE YOU GO THE RIGHT WAY IF YOU DO THIS, MUCH DAMAGE WILL RESULT OTHERWISE!

This may also help:-

I didn't change the other bits that they suggest i.e water pump, but I would recommend replacing the tensioner at the same time. They are known to deteriorate, start making a noise, seize and eventually break up!

Good luck.

Do you know its so long ago I really can't remember for sure. I know I have undone that crankshaft bolt but it may well have been for a different reason.
I'll do a bit more head scratching and see if I can remember.  :-\
