I brought my last month on a 99 plate with 125k on the clock 5 owners and fsh, ive done nothing but  :grin: since the day a got it, so i say go for mate your not regret it lol

Out of interest, how much did you pay for yours?

ive just picked up a late 2000 mk4 1.8T gti with only 44,000 miles on clock for just under £3000 !!!

all genuine miles as the buyer proved with mot certificates !!

so far id def have to say..........best car ever owned !

owner was only doing 4.5K - 5K miles a year......!

................just have the hassel of selling a 306 now before i can get into the cockpit of the golf !!!! :rolleyes:

anybody wana buy a 1.6 peugeot 306 !?!?!?!?!..... :grin:

ive got a nice 1.8T just waiting to be unleashed in a garage !!!!...cant move it until the 306 goes.....

There are some bargains about. I got mine in Aug after a bit of searching... Paid £2250 for it - 99 V plate, 127k but lowered, Audi TT wheels, powerflex rear bushes and dog leg, new engine mounts all round, new window mechs and bits and bobs which are prone for failing, remapped etc.. so not a bad buy despite the milage. It drives MUCH better than milage suggests also.



If this is of use by all means print and use it, something I collated when looking @ the Golfs to buy...
