snapped my locking nut key aarrgghh!!!!

Hi all i tried to undo my locking nuts today.The first one i tried snapped 2 lugs off the key.Does anyone know where i can get a new one???.I dont know what make they are and the only mark is on the key which says 7r4.I think they are old halfords one but not sure,Could do with you help fellas

Hi I did try post a reply on a different forum but it wouldn't let me for some reason anyways screw fix do a wheel nut remover kit. " 4piece kit. Emergency locking wheel nut remover..... 21.99 it's a on page 619 or quote refrence number 94826-98 or get a locail garge to do it but look over the shoulder as they will use a left hand thread socket and a air compressor with a impaced rench hope this help luke

I think you are right by trying to get a key off ebay but if you can't wait screw fix would be ok you can do it your self its a 1/2" and 4 sizes woerth a look if you don't fancy it you can take them back . I wouldn't knock a socket on like someone had said . A garge would be ok as they done mine takes seconds and may do it for free. But I don't trust garges as some d**k head used a air comperssor impaced ratchet to do the wheel nuts up and cross threaded it and it was only in about 8mm
