Somebdoy must have a spare driverside electric window motor

If it helps your search at all I think the motors are the same for all four doors. I recently moved a motor from one of my rear doors to one of my front doors and I think they are the same from one side to the other. I would also think that any model vw from the same era would use the same motor.

i need the mechanism aswell though, so im stuck with looking for a 88> 3 door driverside unit

Ah yeah if you need the mechanism aswell that's a different story they definately are different.
