Two will be for the low fuel warning light.

There isn't one.

So thats why my low fuel warning light has never come on  what are the other two wires for? Sendor unit only needs one sometimes a second one to insure an earth, cant think what the other two are for.

Petrol tank would be a good place to start looking.

Don't know but I'd be looking for a hatch in the boot.

As I said I don't know having never owned or done a tank unit on a Vento but surely the German designers wouldn't be that inept.

Aint it attached to the fuel pump and under the round black plate in the boot under the carpet !!
