edition 30 manual gear knob.

Can you use it with the orginal gti gear leaver gaitor ? & if so do you have the part number for the knob please ?.

Well i've managed to find an edition 30 manual gear knob(waiting delivery).I want to use the standard GTI gear gaitor is it a hard job to swap them over ?.I think the red edition 30 stitching would look out of place on the standard GTI.

if you are just after a mk2 style golf ball gear knob, go to vw website, under owners go to accesories, then on the right hand side click on geniune accesories choose golf, then sport and on about page 5 there is a golf ball gear knob for mk5 golfs £110 aint cheap but im tempted, will bring back all the memories of my mk2s lol :nerd:
