It's all your fault...

You bloody lot, look what you've gone and sodding done!

I just bought a Meguiars Wash Mit, Meguiars Water Magnet and two Meguiars applicator pads, and I've dedicated tomorrow afternoon to a "detailing" session. I used to be a sponge and hose type of guy!

Hope you're proud

Well, I confess that I use Auto Glym Shampoo, Auqa Wax and Super Resin Polish, but you only need wax it like every other month, and I've only polished the car once, and that was cos I wanted to try the polish out!

i find that using two in succession is the secret... wipe over with one, the car will get that one soaking... then follow up with the other one on the dryer car for a perfect finish.

Chamois

Water magnet was fine, you need 2, firstly use it to move the mass of water off the car, then wring it out like a b!tch to remove the rest.

Polishing pads are well good, when the first pad gets dry, give it a squeeze and some polish comes out.
