Hi all, finally traced the cause of my mk3 jerking under acceleration. Dodgy coil. Cost me ?65 in diagnostic charges to be told this!!!!!
Basicaly does anyone know if a coil from a 1.4 mk3 is the same as the coil on my 1996 mk3 8v.
Any help appreciated as I need to get it sorted quick!!!!

When the coil died on my 16v I replaced it with a coil of a skoda, hold the jokes please, it does the trick starts and runs aswell as it did before hand so i am sure a coil from a 1.4 golf should do the trick
