No idea dude, she only needs about 1 more lesson and then she will be good enough to do it on her own so just needs to get her kit now, no idea when we will be venturing out though although i'd like to go away soon so who knows! Will hit you up if anything comes about though :)

Just went for budget Nankangs.. should be fine though and I know a lot of people who rate them for the money.

They're going to look like rubber bands though :undecided:

? Loads of people I know have used them and been ok :undecided: Only plan on having them for a couple of months till my pay rise starts..

Tyres are 215/35/18, on an 8.5 rim... Should have done my research... :undecided:

Plus I've got 'event' front tyres at the moment, which are cheap too so can't be worse than them?  :undecided:

Should be ok, 35 profile will give you a bit more room.

Fair point, I think the worse I ever had on a car was a pair of Linglongs my god they were crap.

I'm pretty used to cheap crappy tyres :embarassed:

On my mk2, could only afford the budget stuff so put kuhumo or something like that on that when needed

Then my mk3 I did ok with, it came on Dunlop's with the merc wheels, then when I put new tyres on the Keskins I put pirelli's on there, they were amazing! but pricey lol

Now with the audi, the rears havent needed changing til recently, and one was more worn than another so put a part worn on to match it so they would both be new at the same time. When the fronts needed doing back in january  I had a vision that I would only put cheap tyres (the 'Event' crappers) because I wanted new wheels shortly after... sooo 9 months down the line and here we are  Only just doing anything about it!

Hopefully these tyres will be ok, need to find a nice garage to fit them, and a nice MOT tester to pass them :undecided:
