Hmm, been considering it already Doesn't look too different at the moment, but enough for me to be happier with it!

Yeah looks great...  didnt think about the possibilty of waxoyling coilies. sounds like a good idea but never heard of it before... what would you do, wax the threads?

My dad uses it on his bikes. Its in a spray can so will likely just spray it on the whole thread/rings/lower spring section.

He said that in the past he's degreased it, pressure washed it, and they have been like new underneath

Still not decided on wheels yet, not sure if I want some OEM ones or something like BBS. Also been considering LM's

All depends on money and if anything comes up cheap second hand in the meantime
