Well chuffed with the Olop today. It sounded a bit reluctant to start but other than that it handled the snow and cold superbly.

Why would you have possibly doubted it?

It's not like it's 'retro' now, is it?!
Just because you're offended doesn't make you right.

Well it's now abandoned in Reading Town centre until the snow clears. This has nothing to do with it's abilities in the snow but other idiots who can't drive blocking all the roads and wheel spinning in 1st. 2ND GEAR PEOPLE FFS!!!!!!!!!

Hope it's still in one piece when I get back to it tomorrow but I wouldn't be surprised to find some idiot has slid into it despite me parking it as much out of the way as I could.

Changing dip beam bulbs on a 6N2 is officially a sh!t job. Manual says "Refer to dealer" and a google search reveals that the correct procedure is drop the front bumper and strip the front end. Screw that! Que 1.5hrs of swearing and scrapped knuckles to change one frigging bulb!

You scrapped your knuckles?  That's a big step.

Did you get scrappage on them?

Get anything exciting to replace them? (rose joints?)

You'll be upgrading your knees next.
