Yeah, that looks mean! Amazing how the mk6 can swallow a set of 19s in the arches.

Note to self, get my butt in gear and get my GTI seat badges stuck in. They look good with the red backing don't they.

I really like them, well done dude.

GTI mk6, 3dr Manual (Yes Manual! If I wanted a Taxi I'd hail one, not spend £1500 on one), Candy White, Full Leather, Xenons, ACC, 18", RCD510 + Dynaudio, DAB Radio, Winter Pack, Luxury Pack, Fiscon Bluetooth Plus, Golf R LED's.

those wheels do look very nice on that car
one thing that always concerned me though was the accuracy of the speedo when you put bigger wheels on, it will be off won't it? wheel RPM will be a little less than on another car travelling alongside with 18 or 17 inch wheels
do you get the speedo recalibrated or something or do you just put up with the inaccuracy?

Lower profile tyres are fitted to accomadate for this, it is registering the same as when 18s where on according to road angel 70mph on speedo 66mph on roadangel same as before
