Now i got the RCD 510 + 6CD AUTOCHANGER DASHMOUNTED + DYNAUDIO, so why wouldnt it come with the MDI!!! VW! Grrr 
Do you guys in UK get the MDI with the above?

^ The 6 disc CD autochanger when added to the satnav unit is fitted in the centre armrest in place of were the MDI is fitted.

Ah right that makes sense. 
Not sure why anyone would want to add a 6 CD player as an extra though when there are loads of other options to play music.
Especially when there is a big hard drive to add your music.

i suppose it's a little like the argument between manual and DSG  some people may not have a computer for iPod or MP3s and are more 'old-skool' and prefer just buying a CD from a shop and then they can play it straight away in the car.

You don't need a computer or bother going to a shop. I can connect to itunes on the iphone and download an album directly to the phone and then plug it in and play.  I'm 40 and drive a manual so I'd say i'm old school!!!  I do also have CD's in the 510 though!

oh yes forgot about that too... thanks for pointing that out, i guess i'm pretty old skool when it comes to these things - i used to be a bit of a gadget freak, but that side of things doesn't interest me that much anymore. i still use a 3 year old PC, my mobile phone is 5 years old (and still works somehow...) and i still play PS2
