I really like my MK5 GTi.

Unfortunately I've not fallen in love with mine. Perfect all-rounder, but just lacking something..... :undecided:

Is yours standard out the box / factory?

Yep, it's std, other than having an armrest, Audio upgrade and cruise. Why?

I've found mine a real let down compared to my previous car. Nowhere near as quick, absolutely no traction, not as comfy on long journeys and not as much space + more expensive to insure and sounds very harsh (even with a Miltek). It's only saving grace is it has more toys, is more subtle and has better fuel economy - around 20% better in fact, and as I'm piling on the miles, then it's considerably cheaper to run.

Thats what I was going to say lol ;) Which is why I asked. Getting her remaped transformed my car into a animal, much more usable torque and power (as Im sure you know from the million remap threads). From reading your other threads it looks like you have your mind set on selling :(

As for comparing a RS4 to a GTI which has half the power, get real
