Yes it could be - it is the 20v non turbo - I probably will get it mapped and put a panel filter in it - because its the non turbo i guess im a little limited but still its got the badge so it cant be that bad a car - it does come alive after 3000 rpm, nice drive. For me the Bora conversion makes it look more euro which i like - it was done by vw themselves by the previous owner. Not sure what else i can do to get the power up except sell it and get a turbo, might be looking at a 2004 Civic Type-R for the next car, so thats why you might have seen it advertised elsewhere. It does make it look slightly longer but in my opinion sportier.
