Well got it fitted

well as you know i recieved my forge tip the other day and i decided to get it fitted today so got it all fitted up earlier today i must of been lucky as my tip fed straight down to the turbo inlet and dropped almost all the way on only the top part rolled back under itself as topher told me it would do ten minutes later i got it all sorted out after taking a deep breath
all tightened up and moved into the engine bay the most frustrating part funnily enough was trying to get the 8mm hex bolt back to secure the clip to the water pipe
what a pain in the ar$e!! anyway re-sealed the dsg intake pipe into the airbox and the rest of the job seemed to go well just had to cut a section from my top engine cover as the new tip it sits to the left a little compared to the std one got that done and touched some paint in to tidy the edge up that i cut
job done i would say that i won't be in a rush to tackle another one anytime soon tho
well some pics i took of the fitting
How The Engine Bay Looks Now.
After taking the car out earlier im most happy that i have fitted the tip it seems nice and responsive through the gears pulls well and the turbo definately spools up quicker and is noticeable sounds a little different to for the pain of fitting it i reckon its a worthwhile upgrade over the standard tip.
