Do NOT start your car again untill you get the oil pump sorted.

what year is your car mate?

its true the oil pickups suffer problems.. but you almost always get the "stop oil" message along with it

wayne on here had oil pressure problems after a remap, we figured it was a blocked pickup and some good engine flush solved his problems, so maybe try that before you tackle the sump

the traction light coming on is sometimes something completely unrelated to the esp/asr .. most commonly it's the MAF but that usually leaves an engine DTC. A bad maf would make it run like sh!t though. Does it run rough constantly or intermittently?

Wayne had a MK4?

As previous advice, DO NOT start or use that car until it's clear. There will be some small bolts holding it in place, get some Jizer or something and clean the whole sump right out and re fit and pray to all that's holy that your turbo is fine.
Golf MK3 1.8 auto and I didn't pay a grand for the "priveledge", auto windows all round and a AC. Oh and I've got a luggage net you pricks!

Does that make my willy look bigger?

Oh yeah it's called Helda or something....
