I will be doing a full guide tomorrow with lots of photo's and screen shots of the coding.

Will also be running a group buy if the mods will approve it??

Yes, your input is much anticipated and appreciated. That group buy looks good, though I dont know if I would use it enough to justify buying one. Help on the coding you did would be great, Steve.

Just incase anyone was wondering, the VCDS cable thats in the group buy (HEX-USB+CAN) is perfect for the mk6 GTI.

Im tempted myself as my mates borrowed my lead and keeps on about buying it off me as he always uses it at his garage, i hate to think what state its in now! So i think it maybe worth me getting the new one and selling the old one to him :evil: Its the trust factor of handing over the money im struggling with.

That was my very first thought when I read that thread. I'm pretty sure though we could mention to RossTech that we are part of the group buy but buy it through our own forum ?
