Its not hard, you spend most of your day on here pissed off with someone who oposses your opinions using fact, then you get in a huff and go on rants for most of the day. I can log in at any point and find you in a thread failing

Eh? What's with the fat people comment? I can understand people not wanting to go to meets as it's not everyones idea of a fun day out and that's fine. But calling those that do actually like to meet up fat is a little out of order and somewhat odd.

I'd also like to point out that talking crap is always the order of the day at a meet, it's what mates do whether it's at the football/rugby/cricket, down the pub, at a dinner party or at a car meet.

isnt the mk6 a method of cost cutting by vw, like it cost them something like 20% less to build the mk6 than a mk5 or something like that. Not saying its better or worse though.

or am i barking up the wrong tree?

more importantly,

is it just me  or does the new polo look like the mk6 ( which is a tweeked mk5 ) but thats been in the tumble drier too long and has shrunk

Correct tree has been barked up. That is indeed what the MK6 is all about.

This topic is however about whether the MK6 is an "All New" Golf or a recycled and improved MK5.
