I bought the car 2 months ago so 09 reg for my other half but having a 12month old and another on the way it looks like the golf is to small, we have problems getting more that my daughters buggy and a few shopping bags in. I am thinking as the car is used 90% in town to get a Q5 3.0TDi or maybe an A4 Allroad. Does anyone know what I should expect to get for the Gti? I know we are going to get kicked in the nu!s but it looks like it will hav to happen now or just after Xmas. The spec is Carbon Grey, leather, DSG, Monza Shadows, Tyre warning, Front and rear parking sensors, rear camera, park assist, RNS510 and bluetooth. The car is absoloutely immaculate (no swirls or chips) except for one of the wheels which has a very slight kerbing 1inch long on the edge and has just done 3000 miles.
get a second hand range rover sport, plenty about. something very big is the q7. though the q5 would be same size as the golf really. 3 yr old range rover sport would suit you very well. definitely get it at a rr dealer. failing that maybe a a4 avant 2.0 s-line. even a a6 avant s-line so its abit sportier.
x5 second hand would be well over 30grand. tbh rthe rr sport is top notch- a big step up from a vw.
