Mine have been bUggered by careless jacking! Not by me I hasten to add.
So the bottom flange has been pushed in and the sills squashed.
Not good.

Have a look on Eurocarparts for a price on the sills.

anyone used euro repair panels, anygood?? + could find sills on their site, roughly how much are they or where else should i look for replacements. Mine are pretty deformed from past idiots+ was considering replacing as i weld, maybe just patch but if the whole sills are cheap may as well do the whole lot.

Get it patched whatever so the rust is gone, and get sill covers, Focus' and stuff pass with rusty sill because they have plastic sill covers.
Golf MK3 1.8 auto and I didn't pay a grand for the "priveledge", auto windows all round and a AC. Oh and I've got a luggage net you pricks!

Mine had a hole about three inch wide after the jack was put on incorrectly by the previous owner. My guy in the garage cut away about a foot and welded a patch on properly. Then went back to the MOT bay for retest and pass!!!!  Only a patch but more than good enough for MOT. The rest of the sills are pretty solid but am going to invest in a trolley jack to prevent further damage.     Cheers     Deano
