Yeah, i was in the process of buying a One Click from AmD just before they were bought by Big Boys Toys.

It was a right pain in the arse dealing with them. Emails to the MD etc (Shaun Hollamby)

However, others have had good dealings with them so i just put it down to bad luck.

Thankfully i got my money back as i paid for it on Credit Card

Really TT?

What happend?

Shaun and the boys at AmD Essex pride themselves on customer service so I'm surprised you feel you've been let down in some way?

Look at my thread on the big brakes for some 'background info'.  Basically had a chat with them about seriously wanting to spend around £2k - asked them to provide some further info etc, and they havn't even had the courtessy of getting back to me!

Don't forget, they are basically BigBoysToys renamed - and BBT had a shocking reputation.  AmD used to have a truely excellent rep, until one of their senior partners/founders left the company a few years back - and they have gone downhill since then!

Was that the bloke who owns Milltek?

A few of the old AmD boys have moved to APS now and i believe they have an excellent rep.

I know what you mean about BBT not replying to emails or phoning back.
