Less than a litre.

If you're going to change it a litre will be enough with some spare

Any recommendations? Looking for something that won't boil when pushing it

I use the ATE Racing Super Blue stuff which you can get from ECP. About £13 a litre.

Got a good wet and dry boiling point. Never boiled mine on the track - yet!

Yes I read that also - but in practice it has never needed a full litre. When I change mine I use the differant colour ATE Racing fluid so you can see when its fully changed, and that includes the clutch cylinders as well.

False economy to be honest, better to flush it through.

it always is better to flush. Mind you, my friend has spare fluid in his bleeding kit, he uses it to flush. Might just get him to help me out.
