hi, can anyone recommend somewhere to get the outer rim of a split rim bbs rm012 wheel refurbed? it has slight kerbing & would like it to be mint. also any ideas on what it's likely to cost me?

I think dish should cost approx 80 quid if i remeber?
How bad is the kurb damage? I used wet and dry fine paper on mine and it came out good!
Fir the price of a refurb, why not get 2 wider dishes?  :smiley:
ALways some on ebay too...

Sorry to hijack :smiley: but on a similar note my schmidt th-lines have a wee bit of a scrape on the lip, I was considering wet & drying it but looks like they're lacquered or have a 'finish' as standard? Any ideas?

what width rim are you running? i have spare 0.5" lips and would sell you one of interested?

If you want the rims polishing then drop me a pm ,a standard rm rim in "average" condition is about £25(each) for mirror polishing
heres some i did earlier :wink:

i dont lacquer them as it wont adhere properly to a polished finish ,
so you would have to seal them and keep em clean!
