Looking for the mk2 for me

Well after owning the mk4 and leaving to get family car now im back but i want a mk2. Selling up my mondeo st220 and gonna try and find a very good white mk2

What will i get for about £3500, thats my budget

going old schools the way  :evil:

found a few but there bloody miles away, not many good ones around now

Were there any 16v's in white?  :huh: I've only ever seen white 8v's...  :undecided:

But for the purest engine experience, displacement has no replacement. All other methods are simply attempts to artificially recreate the benefits of displacement.

I was tempted to go and see it myself, because if it is as described then a few quid chucked at it to bring it back to standard (get rid of the smoked lights etc) will mean you have a £4k-£5k car for potentially £2.5k (after haggling). :)

... but then I thought having two 100% unmolested and original 'valvers' might be a bit greedy!  :grin:

Rust, rust, misaligned panels and rust. Any suspension or mechanical bits can be replaced, the shell can't if it's rotten.
