« on: 20 September 2009, 23:51 »
Hi guys just recently bought a golf gti first ever always been in to subaru’s.wrote the Subaru off few months back and was looking for replacement when I came across this on the internet. First off I know nothing about vw golf’s but liked the look of this what  do you guys think.

Is silver a common colour not seen many around should i go for big bumpers?
thankyou

before you worry about big bumpers you might want to address the fact you have wider rear wheels than front on a fwd car

hey mate, welcome to the forum. lovin the wheels! standard bumpers look fine, but it's totally up to you! looks really tidy! plenty of info and ideas in mk2 section.
Wouldn't be fun if it was easy, but does it have to be this much fun?

on a fwd motor you'd be wanting all wheels to be the same width. if anything the driven wheels (ie fronts) should be wider.
